Soffit Installation

Aluminum Soffit is installed around the upper border of your house. It covers the underside of the rakes and eaves and lies between the fascia and siding. 

Aluminum Soffit installation provides protection to the underside of the eaves. It slides into an aluminum f channel on the wall side and underneath the lip of the required aluminum fascia on the opposite side, interlocking down the whole run. It serves as a barrier against unwanted pests and debris from entering the attic space while keeping rainwater and moisture away from the structure.  

Aluminum soffit is a low maintenance, rust proof, corrosion resistant material. It provides beautiful aesthetics that will complement aluminum fascia for years to come. Like gutter coil and aluminum trim coil, soffit is available in an array of colors produced to match each manufacturer’s available color line up. 

Soffit is a manufactured product that is available in both solid and vented options. (In some cases, soffit can be made from bent aluminum coil stock)
